YGM Reflective Successfully Completed IPO on Oct. 27, 2022
On October 27, 2022, Zhejiang YGM Technology Co.Ltd became a public company on the Beijing Stock Exchange (stock code: 873527). As a leading reflective material manufacturer in China, our mission is to become the world’s leading provider of reflective material solutions, and constantly surpass ourselves in the field of protective equipment.
YGM Reflective issued 15.5166 million shares (including over-allotment) at a price of 10.99 yuan per share, and the actually raised funds totaled 170.5275 million yuan. The funds are planned to be used for the annual output of 20 million square meters of high-performance reflective materials, the construction of R&D centers, and the automation transformation of production lines.
YGM is a key backbone enterprise in Taizhou, Zhejiang. It has been engaged in the research and development, production and sales of reflective materials for many years, and has the core production technology, technology and design of reflective materials.
