YGM Reflective Sheeting: 5100/5200 Series Overview
YGM Engineering Grade Reflective Sheeting, with its excellent retroreflective performance and durability, is widely used in road traffic signs, industrial safety signs, and other fields, providing reliable protection for nighttime safety. YGM engineering grade reflective sheeting offers a variety of models to meet different needs. The following will focus on four commonly used models: 5100-H, 5100, 5200-H, and 5200.
PET Type Reflective Sheeting:
5100-H: This reflective sheeting is tear-resistant, easy to handle, and especially suitable for computer cutting. Its excellent performance makes it an ideal choice for road traffic signs and industrial safety signs. 5100-H is suitable for operation in environments ranging from 5℃ to 30℃, and its normal service life can reach 5 years. Common product specifications are 1m50m / 1.24m45.7m / 1.22m*45.7m. The coefficient of retroreflection varies from 0-70 CPL depending on the color.
5100: The main difference between 5100 and 5100-H lies in the coefficient of retroreflection. 5100 has a coefficient of retroreflection of 0-50 CPL, while other characteristics remain basically the same.
Acrylic Type Reflective Sheeting:
5200-H : This reflective sheeting combines tearability and screen printing properties with good flexibility and is also easy to cut by computer. Similar to 5100-H, it is also suitable for road traffic signs and industrial safety signs. 5200-H is suitable for operation in environments ranging from 18℃ to 28℃, and its normal service life can reach 7 years. Common product specifications are 1.24m45.7m / 1.22m45.7m. The coefficient of retroreflection varies from 0-70 CPL depending on the color.
5200: The main difference between 5200 and 5200-H lies in the coefficient of retroreflection. 5200 has a coefficient of retroreflection of 0-50 CPL, while other characteristics remain basically the same.
