High-Visibility and Wash-Resistant Reflective HTV
The D001-1P reflective heat transfer vinyl features a TPU backing material and a total thickness of 220±10 microns, with an effective thickness of 150±10 microns. It is designed for applications where both visibility and wash resistance are important. The product can withstand 25 washing cycles at 60°C, making it suitable for high-visibility apparel and other textile products requiring repeated washing.
Easy Heat Transfer Application
YGM Reflective HTV can be applied through a heat pressing process. The recommended application parameters are:
- Hot pressing temperature:130–150°C
- Hot pressing pressure:3–4 kg/cm²
- Hot pressing time:13–15 seconds
- Color:Silver
- Backing material:TPU
- Reflective coefficient:>500 cd·lx⁻¹·m⁻² (0.2°, 5°)
- Wash resistance:25 cycles @ 60°C
After heat pressing, the product should be peeled off after cooling. Because different fabrics and heat press equipment may require different settings, YGM recommends conducting a small-batch test before full production.
