Holiday Notice & Year-End Reflections from YGM!
Happy Chinese New Year, everyone! From the YGM cross-border e-commerce team, we wish you a prosperous and happy new year!
YGM will officially start the holiday from January 23 to February 5, 2025 to celebrate the Lunar New Year. During this period, our response may be slightly delayed. But we will resume full operation on February 6 to bring you more unique reflective products!
Before the holiday, the YGM cross-border marketing team held its annual year-end meeting. This was to review the important work and achievements of the department in 2024, identify growth areas, and set plans and goals for which countries and reflective products to focus on in 2025.
The meeting started with the sales team sharing their sales performance and problems this year. Both experienced veterans and new team members provided valuable insights into their sales performance, discussed their successes and failures, and shared some of the obstacles they encountered when interacting with customers. These candid conversations are critical for us to learn, adapt, and continuously improve the service we provide to you.
Next, our operations team took center stage. These individuals work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, from keeping the website up and running to promoting YGM’s reflective products online. Their dedication is vital to the success of the entire department, and we are very grateful for their hard work.
At the end of the meeting, Amy, the manager of the cross-border marketing department, gave an inspiring annual summary. She celebrated our wins, acknowledged the challenges we faced, and laid out a clear and inspiring vision for 2025. After this year-end meeting sharing, all colleagues are looking forward to the new year!
