The garment workshop is approximately 1,400 square meters, and this spacious space is equipped with dozens of state-of-the-art sewing equipment, such as wireless wool sewing machines, automatic cutting beds, overlock machines, etc., each tailored for a specific part of the garment assembly process. Our commitment to quality and efficiency has led to an investment of RMB 2 million in equipment alone, with an annual output of approximately 8 million, including popular safety vests, reflective T-shirts, and a variety of clothing categories. This strong infrastructure not only supports YGM’s high standard of craftsmanship, but also ensures that we can meet the growing global demand for high-quality reflective clothing.

At the entrance of the YGM reflective garment workshop, there is a key room that sets the tone for innovation and attention to detail throughout the garment manufacturing process: our proofing room. This area is dedicated to garment sample production, and each garment is a journey from concept to reality. Many of our well-designed safety vests and high-quality reflective workwear are born here. Our product range includes traditional safety vests that are easy to put on and take off, fluorescent T-shirts with excellent breathability. In addition, there are thick reflective cotton jackets that are very popular in winter. Reflective clothing of various styles and designs can meet the needs of workers in different working environments and industries, ensuring that comfort and visibility are never compromised. This part of the workshop is crucial. After the sample garments made here are confirmed by the customer to have no problems, the garment will be put into full production.

For YGM, creating perfect reflective clothing depends not only on fashionable and unique design, but more importantly, on excellent quality. YGM always adheres to the principle that every customer should receive fully qualified reflective clothing. Once the sample is approved, production begins, and the process is meticulous: the materials are strictly selected by the person in charge according to the customer’s requirements, and each piece of machinery is equipped with a detailed guide covering product precautions, requirements and safe operation of the machine.Throughout the manufacturing process, quality inspectors in the garment workshop will conduct inspections and spot check garments in production from time to time, and conduct rigorous evaluations to maintain our high standards. After the garment is produced, each product will be removed from excess threads, and inspected for stains and damage to ensure that each product remains intact.To enhance quality control, inspectors conduct sampling inspections in strict accordance with GB/T2828.1-2012 standards. Any garment that does not meet our standards is reprocessed and goes through the entire inspection cycle again, ensuring that only garments that meet our strict standards are packaged and sent to our customers. This relentless pursuit of quality ensures that YGM’s reflective gaement is not only a beacon of safety, but also a symbol of unwavering reliability and excellence.
